Button states define the appearance of the button in a normal situation, and when you hover the mouse over the button. After selecting one of the states of the button, all the button settings relate to a specific state. So if you set the button state to “on hover” and change the background color of a button or caption on this button, the change will be visible only when we move to mouse over the button.
It allows you to specify where the text will be displayed on the button.
To change the appearance of the button in the WebWave wizard, select the button. The button will automatically be put in the "normal" state. Now in the bottom panel, you can change all the attributes of the button – it will look like that before the user hovers over it with the mouse.
